Hazika pauses to take in the majestic sunset as she makes her way home from the health clinic. She is content in her spirit, knowing that although she is HIV-positive, her baby is not. Only one in three HIV-positive pregnant women, (33%), receive treatment to prevent the transmission of the virus to their child. "Hazika" means intelligent.
