One Kindness at a Time
Title: Turning the Tide Together
I envisioned two women, one African and one Canadian, both grandmothers, with their arms about each other, looking over the ocean and watching the tide as it changed direction.
The two of them know that together, they can and will turn the tide on the devastation of HIV/AIDS in Africa.
The title of the fundraising Textile Art project, "Turning the Tide…one ripple at a time", was the inspiration for my art piece.
